What OP is saying here is that it's "inherently transphobic to criminalize sex crimes against children" otherwise can be read as that it's inherent that transsexuals are child predators. I disagree with that. We shouldn't ignore the problem of clearly predatory trans people or allow them to use the trans identification as a shield against accusations as such, but not all trans people are child predators in the same vein as not all gay people are pedophiles, even if we can see a very clear and disturbing trend with groups such a Nambla pushing for openly pedophilic behaviors.
