Aren't you really just shilling for big pharma by restricting peoples' access to these medications? Shouldn't anyone really be able to access any drug or medication they choose online?

Aren't I just trying to help my community be as healthy as possible? Couldn't I just receive payment for my efforts so that I can freely and voluntarily share my medical discoveries?
