Ever heard of a gym? I know, it sound sci fi, but even in our time, we have access to it.

Is this you coming out as a liberal city dweller? Science fiction muscle building in a lab or gym is quite different from building houses, cutting wood, and other physical work done to raise a family. How you obtain the muscle mass will have vastly different effects on your mental state, and resulting views of the world.

I'm not a liberal. I just don't understand the correlation. Maybe I'm wrong, I haven't ask the people around what they vote for.

To me, being in shape is at the reach of everyone so there shouldn't be any correlation. Historically, I'd agree with you, but with gym all around, I'm not so sure you are correct.

Like, I've done martial art my whole life, I'm center right, but I didn't do martial art because I was center right, I did it because its fun. Surely I'm not the only person doing stuff because I like to.

I learnt martial arts because it was

a) fun

b) hard

c) because i'm 'different' and so have been subjected to a lot of random violence my whole life.

you are lucky to live a life where self defense is optional

gyms only have meaning if you are using the resultant body form for something.
