It throws the option of using descriptive terminology to describe a potential threatening person out the window. If you're not allowed to say man or woman, boy or girl, or are required to learn the pronouns of a sexual predator.. that's going to spell out trouble. How the fuck are forensic artists supposed to work with that?

Especially when asking children. But when you really ask a child who's been trained on "they", they'll still know.
