Gave up Facebook 5 years ago. Gave up reddit a year ago. Gave up Twitter a week ago....well I got banned for a week but we'll see.

I'd keep going, getting dopamine for barely doing anything, is the reason why everyone can't escape depression these days. We are all screaming for help, as we shove the drugs down our own throats.
