Who gives a shit about all those other features? We just took a bunch of arbitrary human traits including but not limited to skin color, grouped them together and called it "race". It's the most useless word inherently I have ever heard.

Either way, if medicine advances well enough in the future that someone feels that they need to change all those things and they can I don't see why I would have a problem with it...

DNA isn't arbitrary, not for animals not for humans. Maybe if you had paid a bit more attention to that you wouldn't have had to embarass yourself. We're not equal as seen on star trek, sorry.
