When all four cars were parked at Martinez's home in Lantana, Florida, two of them sometimes extended slightly beyond the driveway, But after those efforts proved "fruitless," the complaint says, she "eventually forgot about the issue."

But after those efforts proved "fruitless," the complaint says, she "eventually forgot about the issue."
Then there are all the excuses for not repairing the blown over fence and cracks in the driveway. How much is a fence post and a couple bags of concrete mix... Sounds like we're talking about less than $200 total to fix both.
I'm not on the side of the inspectors, but she sounds like a problem neighbor who tries to park 4 cars in too small of a space, and lets her property go to hell.
