Because transmen aren't as aggressive as transwomen. They still walk with their tail between their legs. Another thing is those gay subs allow for transmen to post and interact, it's just the population of the sub prefers to not fuck with them. It's like r/lesbianactually or r/actuallylesbian, they(trans) can post and interact there but rarely do because the population rather not fuck with them like that.

True, but in AGB transmen are in the minority, whereas on AL less than 1/3 of the people there (and probably WAY less than that, if people were lying on the AL demographics survey) are lesbians (female and homosexual).

I concur yet also see a different pov. There was a post on AL that read, "Transwomen are more supported on this sub then WOC".

That post got dozens of awards, reached the front page, and had a thousand or so upvotes. So needless to say, if dozens of WOC who are bisexual or homosexual feel they can't post because they won't receive the same support as trans, then maybe there are tons of women lurking and not posting.

I personally believe the MODS of AL are blocking post and uplifting trans ones since the MODS are trans.

Completely agree.

By the subreddit overlaps, most lesbians there are either not posting at all and just read only, or in that survey people just lied, as it was asking how they are identifying, not who they are. Because in overlapping subreddits there is such thing that for every 1 post in /r/AskWomen, there 55 posts in /r//MtF and 40 in /r/trans by posters from /r/AL, overwhelming majority of active posters are cross posting in /r/MtF and /r/trans, so if there lesbians, they are almost never posting.

Yup, I agree. That is why I am inclined to wonder whether many of the people on that survey are straight-up lying. Or LARPing, at least. 1/3 is the maximum it could be.

A lot of them don’t view it as lying, but “identify” as biological females, female gender, etc. they don’t seem to understand the irony involved that they just sound more insane and do no favors to themselves by lying and they all want to make an effort to help erase what lesbian actually means and colonize it for themselves. (And I agree it is lying, but these people are above nothing and are not the PR sanctioned lovely kind innocent people they want to be viewed as).

You're totally right. In their minds it would not be lying at all. I ought to not assume that their perspective even has that little bit of reality.

I can maybe buy that only 1/3 of AL is trans, but that 1/3 is making 80% of the posts and everyone else is just quietly filling out demographic surveys, I guess.
