At first I thought you were talking about Aunts and then I realised I've been spelling it wrong my entire life

Why not just use Raid?

Also, it's best to kill a few ants and leave their bodies scattered about. The ants and other ants will take that as a warning sign if they see their fellow soldiers dead. It often deters them because they believe there must be threats around.

I spend a lot of time on pest control with all the grain and feed storage we have. So here we go on my list of nuclear warfare options for ants....... depending on where you live there’s a product called Tempo it’s what pet control companies use that’s pet safe after it dries and is extremely effective in some places you can only buy it with a permit. You can use borax, they will take it back to the nest to eat and will kill a large part of the nest. The liquid bates, they take longer to work but they slowly get the job done. Diatomaceous earth will cut open their exoskeletons so they dehydrate to death and is a safer option if you want to go naturally.
