I don't go to the gym but I do work outs. I inside workout about two to three times a week, unless I'm on my period then I'm out for the count.

My inside workout regiment is wallsits, chin ups, pull ups, decline push ups, incline push ups, planks 5-15 min row boating, and rope stretching.

Outside workout consist of tennis and swimming.

The only goal I had was to gain more muscle mass and a v-cut. I obtained my v-cut. My weight, not sure until I go to my annual obgyn check up. And that's next March. =p (I don't have a scale). They don't weight you at the dentist.
