Right after you get up, before you go to bed. Or any time you have 10 minutes. You can do “walking meditations” too where you are focusing on your feet touching the ground etc. You just have to DO it, even if you don’t want to, that might be the best time. It’s fine if you are pissed off or irritable etc. No meditation is a bad one. It’s just about having an experience and being present for it and refocusing when the mind wanders. That’s it. Anything you feel is perfect.
