Gallus Mag was the pseudonym of an unknown lesbian blogger who, beginning around 2010 or 2011, began to see the infiltration of straight men into the lesbian community and used her IT expertise and experience in internet communities to mount a resistance.

She faced constant harrassment, death threats, threats of rape, stalking, attempts at doxing, and was an early victim of what would later be called deplatforming. She was aggressive as fuck and suffered no trans fools who crossed her or tried to target her online.

She compiled information, organized lesbian feminists into an online network, and provided a curated forum for radical feminists to share ideas on her website Gender Trender.

Not only did she take constant abuse from transwomen (straight men) she also carried the dead weight of a mostly stagnant radical feminist movement on her back for several years and single-handedly brought it back to life.

After nearly a decade of persecution, she finally threw in the towel around 2017-2018 and is no longer serving as a leader in the gay community.

She blazed a trail for us all and we all have her to thank for the knowledge she shared and the example she gave of battling against oppression, even when it's being promoted by your own community.
