These people see America as the center of the world. I doubt they even know where Sweden and/or Finland is, let alone their stance of transitioning.

Yeah, it's the same ones who scream about colonialism and then go and try to force their extremely American view of things onto other countries. They have no sense of self awareness.

I saw someone like that claiming that the letter ø was a "dog whistle" for racists who "glorified Vikings" and "ultra-whitness". The problem? Ø is a completely normal letter in Norwegian, Danish and Swedish, and if we removed it, the languages would fall apart... (In Swedish, we use "Ö" instead of "Ø", but the difference between them are miniscule.) They tried to be so woke that they actually began to hate different cultures...

The Latinx thing is also a good example. Latinos have said repeatedly that they do not like being called that and that it's also impossible for them to actually pronounce in Spanish, which is why it's always pronounced with the English x. Americans keep using it anyway.

There were also a bunch of people who got mad at Crayola for putting negro on the black crayons, because apparently the Spanish word for black is now unacceptable.

I remember an American professor got in trouble (and possibly fired) for talking about the Mandarin filler word “nei ge”. It means “umm” or “that”. But since it somewhat sounds like a racist term, he got cancelled. Disgustingly Anglo-centric like all this woke BS.

What's really bad is neige is French for snow

Seems like a reasonable price to pay to placate people who will never be happy.
