I've asked straight men this question before and the explanation I got was that anal is tighter, therefore more pleasurable for some men.

I've heard this as well, and find myself wondering if it's a matter of: 1.] the guy being circumcised (so he's less sensitive than nature intended, and seeking heavy-duty stimulation to make up for it); and/or 2.] the women being insufficiently aroused (so there's little to no genital engorgement goin' on, which would otherwise create the impression of "tightness" by gripping his dick).

I've also run into a couple women who actually like anal. I guess for the odd woman the nerves in the anal sphincter are really sensitive and can become an erogenous zone in the right context. 🤷‍♀️

Also, don't forget that since the clitoris is like an iceberg-- the external part being dwarfed by the part that's "submerged" within the body-- various types of penetration can potentially stimulate it, depending on a woman's individual anatomy.
