Great article. Thanks for sharing. The utter thoughtlessness of transgender ideology activists blows my mind. The organizations they recommend donating to while Ukraine is being invaded:

In Eli’s example, their suggestion of donations needing to be distributed to groups such as Kyiv Pride and NGO Insight is an odd choice. I looked at the social media profiles of some of the groups recommended to donate to, finding posts about “aromantic spectrum awareness week,” and wondered why these would be the priority. With no disrespect to these organizations, who surely do need donations and resources at large, wouldn’t it be more sensible to direct funds to groups which provide disaster relief, humanitarian assistance, and can transport people out of conflict zones — services which would inevitably have a net positive impact on queer Ukrainians? Individuals in the comments section of Eli’s Instagram pointed out this issue, but they seem to have been ignored.

It's a suggestion so far out of touch with reality that it reads as insane.

edit: Just finished the article. I probably sound like a broken record with how often I've said this, but it's beyond messed up that LGB people get lumped in with TQ+ ideology, and we're not allowed to voice ANY dissent about it. Then articles like this get written, same sex attraction is referred to with the slur "queer" and people who claim to speak for LGB people spread narcissistic talking points. It's so frustrating to witness.

On the donating thing, same happened with BLM. Nearly all funds were distributed to black trans groups or trans groups with a bit of "yay black", with barely any going to groups that supported black people generally or actually addressed any of the issues BLM was supposedly about.

Wow, really? I didn't realize that, that's crazy... I did read a bit about the BLM "official" organization being scammy.

Do you have any links/articles you'd recommend where I could read more about that?

Sorry it took a while to reply - I dont check saidit as often as I should. https://blacklivesmatter.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/blm-2020-impact-report.pdf their own fucking report, pg 22

In 2020, we selected 30 local organizations (not part of our grassroots apparatus) to be our first cohort of official BLMGNF grantees. As several communities were thrown into heightened political, socioeconomic, and medical vulnerabilities through COVID-19, BLMGNF sought to ensure the survival of some of society’s most vulnerable: Black LGBTQIA folks. Of the 30 organizations selected, 23 of them are led by Black LGBTQIA folks and/or directly serve these communities in places like Chicago, New York, New Jersey, DC, and Alabama. Our selected organizations are listed below. We have committed a six figure grant to each of these organizations
