Oh, I'm sorry, I must have missed the point in time when men were prevented from marrying women and they had to fight for the right to do it.

There are still countries where lesbians can't get married, but trans women can marry women. Almost like society knows what sex people are when it comes to discrimination.

Bingo. Furthermore, this provides a good illustration of the difference between sex and gender, which we must explain in order to refute transology (especially since it seems so confusing for many people).

"Gay marriage" ALWAYS means "same-sex marriage", NEVER "same-gender marriage". In countries like the United States, what had to be legalized was marriage between people of the same sex; marriage between people of the same gender but opposite sex has never been illegal.

So sex and gender are demonstrably not the same thing.
