They always do this. Faces are also male or female, as are all other body parts. They look and feel very different.

Faces, genitals, pelvises, shoulders, torsos… it goes on.

Not to mention that males and females have different ways of burping, coughing, vomiting and sneezing. I noticed this growing up with how loud and forceful my dad comes across when he sneezes, whereas my mam has a simple sneeze. My sneezes have been louder and more forceful since I passed through puberty.

Have to disagree about burping and sneezing. Some of my female friends would surprise you. And I dated a man once who had the most adorable, diminutive sneeze I've ever heard. (He did not look in any way diminutive or delicate.)
