You know, I actually agree with this. "Safe space given these specific parameters, or for this specific demographic." And then people could make more specific groups if they liked, e.g. "this one's for lesbian/bisexual women," etc.

That's kind of how this group functions, actually. s/lgbdropthet is a "safe space" for LGB people and censors language on the basis of homophobia, but does not censor language on the basis of, say, religious beliefs. Or sexism, come to think of it. Lol.
