He's got a point. We don't use bodies to be intimate and have sex with one another. We use pronouns, identities, and indescribable innate internal feelings. It must be so much easier for him to ask someone's pronouns before he can be attracted to them. Or better yet, to constantly re-define his own sexual orientation every time someone he's ever been attracted to changes theirs.

And let's pretend for a minute that this was just about genitals, as if that's the only obvious differentiator between the sexes. Who the hell, even bisexual people, think that male and female genitalia are interchangeable. Tell me you've never had sex without telling me you've never had sex.

Probably. They address everyone as "folx", there's a banner at the reception with the words "queer as fuck" on it, and the cake is a sugar coma eyesore frosted with the pansexual and trans colors.
