I don't think court transcripts are available to the general public in the UK. You have to apply (and pay) for them and there's no guarantee they'll grant one to you.

Do you know the website? The first website that pops up in Google, I attempted to type in the name of the perp's name but nothing came up. I'm unsure if it's the right website.

Lol, I was just about to do an update stating I found the website. Thanks, everyone was right. Must apply and pay. The website sort of implies murder cases which is handle by the Bristol Crown Court more than likely won't take my request. I do believe the trial was recorded due to one article that gave excerpts: birmingham.co.uk. We'll see.

It's also likely that a local journalist was in the public gallery and got the snippets they wanted. I don't know how high profile this case was, but it wouldn't be inconceivable that the local rag would send someone to Bristol Crown Court to get the details, and then these are repeated by every other outlet.

That's also a good point. This case didn't receive a lot of attention. It is so unique but there's hardly attention of it. There are numerous articles but they're short and brief.
