This isn't really appropriate for our sub, since we're LGB focused.

Perhaps s/GenderCritical, s/GenderCriticalGuys, or maybe even s/ThereAreTwoGenders? Although s/ThereAreTwoGenders does tend to be more focused on rebuttal of gender identity rather than nuanced discussion of sex issues.

Unfortunately, doesn't look like there's a sub created yet for intersex people, would be perfect there.

If you have functional ovaries which produce ova then you are female not male.If you have testicles who produce spermatozoa you are male not female.External genitalia like vulvas or penises are not the main sex determining factors.

The thing about intersex conditions is that the category of intersex covers a number of different conditions that manifest in very different ways. I know enough about it that I know that I don't know enough about it to pretend to be an expert. (I attended a seminar once with Dr. Anne Fausto-Sterling as the speaker.) The main issue at the time was a campaign to take a "watch and wait" approach with intersex babies to see how they might want to identify rather than having the parents decide on surgery. At the time, a lot of doctors would tell the parents that they had to pursue surgery immediately for the sake of the child's mental health.

The main point to me is that intersex conditions are biological. It's not a situation of someone who is otherwise completely typically biologically male or female claiming a different gender identity. TRAs have a habit of co-opting intersex issues when they are losing arguments in an attempt to muddy the waters.
