Banning the sub is only going to make men angry. Women, and to some extent gay men too, have been silenced about how harmful some types of trans activism are to women and gay rights, but now trans activists have put straight men in their sights and that has awakened a sleeping giant.

Let's hope for the Streisand Effect.

For as little time as that sub was around, it opened a lot of people's eyes to the kind of abuse we've been getting from the TRAs. Some people were straight-up pissed about it. And it had 30,000 members. That's why they had to shut it down. 30,000 more people are aware of what's been going on.

More than 30K - there were probably 100K at least lurkers.

But also Twitter - I saw Superstraight/ Super LGB Tweets in other languages so the Super movement was to some extent global.

“I feel that all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.” -Admiral Yamamoto, lol

You read my mind - that was exactly the quote that I was thinking about.

For all you young ones, this quote was what the Japanese Admiral is alleged to have said after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, which got the US into WW II. The US was the "sleeping giant."

Did you ever see the film "Tora, Tora, Tora"?

I believe so... it’s been a while though if I have.
