He does have a particularly odd cadence to his voice. There’s not one on Apple podcasts. Let me look elsewhere.

Essentially, what he said was, “being gay and being trans aren’t the same thing at all. Gay is a sexual orientation and trans is something else. Being gay relies on men and women being defined, real things and trans ideology goes against that.”

So far, no. I haven’t seen any media coverage of this. I’m curious if it’s because people are worried that might speak to LGB people just a little too much.

I listened to the whole thing. Had to have a lie down afterwards. Just kidding.

For once in my life I agreed with Ben Shapiro. Not only agreed, I was cheering him on through most of this.

It is well worth a listen to hear a conservative sound like one of us (well, almost ;-)

Right? I tuned in to see if it was all religious liberty concerns and was very surprised to find it was pretty much just a list of our concerns.

In the past few days/weeks, conservatives are coming out guns blazing listing GC concerns, beyond the sports issue, about the Equality Act.

So I have to wonder: were the Republicans Powers That Be holding their fire until after Trump was ousted? As in, they knew they had a vote winner with talking about men in women's locker rooms, etc., but if they'd made it an issue pre-election it would have helped Trump get re-elected and they wanted him out, but now that he's gone they are using the Wedge Issue To End All Wedge Issues?
