No this is worth observing. "Trans the gay away" and "Trans yourself into living out your fetish" I guess.

I personally think the idea of "they're all homophobic men" is oversimplification.

They definitely don't respect gay people enough to leave them alone and have their spaces, but I think the "fetishization of lesbians/womanhood" is closer to the truth than "they hate lesbians". The problem is to prove their secretly homophobic requires so much in depth conversation and unpacking to actually make that point because TRAs are always going to puppet empty pro-LGB talking points. However, the fetish angle is way easier to prove because these people always prop up like stereotypes of woman as their goal. You're never going to get a TRA to slip up on the "homophobic" angle but you will most likely get them to slip up on the "it's a fetish" angle.

I never said that. I agree that that is an oversimplification, and I do occasionally see people make it on this sub, but more often, I see "they're all horny AGP men!" which is also an oversimplification.

Agreed, and I would even say that when it arises, the hatred of lesbians often comes after the fetishization component-- when people say, "Hey, you're fetishizing lesbians."

Wanking it to yourself is the definition of Naracist "Narcissism is the pursuit of gratification from vanity or egotistic admiration of one's idealised self-image and attributes. The term originated from Greek mythology, where a young man named Narcissus fell in love with his own image reflected in a pool of water"
