Yeah. I've seen many comments on Reddit talking about how awful the LGBDropTheT sub was.

In this sub we see many examples of harassment, homophobia, violent discourses, etc. I doubt all those commenters are fine with all these things.

What happens is that, since they know TRAs said and did these things, they immediately feel inclined to agree with them, because they've been peer pressured this way.

The hate for our old sub astounds me. The purpose of our sub was: 1. Gay people are gay. 2. Bi people are attracted to both sexes. 3. Homophobia and biphobia aren’t cool. 4. No one is entitled to sex or dating. Respect others’ boundaries.

It’s incredibly reasonable and I think the overwhelming majority of people agree with those sentiments. But, for whatever reason, sensible people lose their ever-loving minds whenever trans people enter the equation. “Gay people are gay” is accepted until trans people turn up. Then “gay people are gay” is hate speech.

It would be fun if it was like a game/poll so you could guess and see if you were right, and then see how many other people got it right or wrong.
