Literally nobody says that genial preference is transphobic. Just if I pass well and I ask out a lesbian on a date. But they turn me down just for being trans. I'm gonna feel like shit. Its putting genitalia first rather than actual attraction.

LITERALLY NOBODY SAYS THAT YOU CAN'T HAVE GENITAL PREFERENCES. Anyway, here's why you can't have genital preferences...

I’m beginning to think when they say “no one is saying you can’t have a genital preference” they literally mean it like that. As in, that exact sentence, with no deviations with other pesky words. “YOU CANT HAVE A GENITAL PREFERENCE!”. As long as no one says it outright like that, they can keep denying it.

And frankly I don't know how much they can deny the exact words are said. I've also seen them saying "no one says genital preferences are transphobic", and yet I've seen plenty of TRAs saying the exact words that "genital preferences are transphobic".

When they say "no one ever says that" the meaning is more like "no one in my close circle of friends has said these exact words this week".

"no one in my close circle of friends has said these exact words this week"

"And if they did, you misunderstood them. Even though they said they're serious... Anyways, genital preferences are transphobic. But I would never say that of course."
