I think she will be pushed to do stuff we won’t like, by the tq+ crowd. She will buckle on the definition of woman.

If the TQ try to push: We should push back then, the vast majority of people would likely be on our side. I don’t want to ally with those who otherwise don’t see LGB as human... but unlike other administrations I do think a normal administration can be reasoned and argued with. A large part of normal US politics is like it or not lobbyists and grassroots can go a decently long way.

I think Harris isn’t in just California anymore, that’s going to change the context. At least, I hope so. My big concern is how much the LGBT and feminist orgs who already have money and recognition have fallen for TQ shit. It’s weird, when those people also are unlikely to give them money. This is a war about allies, I think, ““good”” allies giving donations? Popular rhetoric online and in universities and social groups but not he truth of the mess outside those bubbles, people can be convinced of even bullshit if they’re motivated enough to and TQ does that motivating pretty well through coercion and guilt tripping.

This is why I’ve been working on peaking my straight friends and family. We need to get the word out now. They’re less emotionally invested and susceptible to the propaganda and pressures of the LGBT orgs and they’re otherwise hearing “no one is saying sex isn’t real” and still think that TWAW is figurative not literal. It’s better to and them with the info they need now before the propaganda gets dialed up to 11 and they’re not even willing to have the discussion. It’s about convincing them this isn’t a fringe issue and that it’s not a human/civil rights issue in the way they are being led to think.
