Just groaned out loud. I actually had to take a break from all this after seeing a disgusting post about a 5 year old transitioning on reddit. Actually I think it would be interesting to see how Biden/Harris will react to this. If they go full TRA, now that they’ve won the election, then we’ll know where their real loyalties lie and what we can all expect from their administration when it comes to prioritizing Trans rights as opposed to LGB (and also women’s) rights. That’s something I’m particularly interested in seeing, just so I know what to expect from them moving forward.

In the one town hall Joe Biden suggested that 8 or 10 year olds could decide for themselves if they are transgender. That should tell you all you need to know. There was never a point where Biden had my vote, but that told me that he is going to enable and appease the TRA lunatics.

No, my name is not Alex, and I am not detrans. I do have a twitter but I don't post politics usually (or very minimally) since it is my art twitter and well, I don't want to be "canceled" for stupid shit.

I am both surprised and glad to see someone else talk about this though. Sometimes it feels like I'm almost the only one. I guess that's what it's like to be a part of an actually marginalized minority group and not one that just pretends to be oppressed to gain privileges....

Wait, they get a whole week after they stole our day? Of course they do. [Intersex Awareness Day was as usual, hijacked.] Then again, don't they make EVERY week about them?

Just like how they hijacked our social spaces online and support groups to change them into trans ones that barely recognize intersex people. Like how they hijacked /r/intersex and made it another trans hugbox. Like how they're hijacking ACTUAL FUCKING ARTICLES AND RESOURCES online, including the NHS, Planned Parenthood, and Wikipedia websites which now incorrectly state that intersex conditions aren't medical and that it's an "identity" and that we're a "sex spectrum." All to please trans people. Like how they've declared the word "hermaphrodite" offensive so they go around telling people to label their furry hermaphrodite/anime futanari porn as "intersex" so now on many websites including Twitter, art sites, etc the "intersex" tag is FLOODED with porn that doesn't even represent intersex people's bodies.

I've said it before and I'll keep fucking saying it no matter what: Trans people have access to non medically necessary "transition" and legal privileges in many first world countries but THERE ARE VERY FEW COUNTRIES WHERE INTERSEX PEOPLE EVEN HAVE RIGHTS TO THEIR OWN BODIES AS CHILDREN. IT IS STILL LEGAL TO PERFORM UNNECESSARY SRS ON INTERSEX CHILDREN (& cause them lifelong health problems) EVEN IN THE MOST "WOKE" COUNTRIES.

From the very bottom of my heart I don't have words to describe the pure hatred I feel for these people. This proves that trans are not the most oppressed. Because when a group who really does have it hard comes along, trans people step all over them.

They preach about "inclusivity" and "diversity" and claim that us intersex people are "valid", but apparently we're only "valid" when we're fictional hermaphrodites that exist solely to validate their fetishes of "transitioning to nonbinary" or proving that sex isn't real. (When intersex conditions prove the opposite, that sex IS real, and that variations are NOT HEALTHY) Otherwise they throw us under the bus ,take everything from spaces to awareness day to literal fucking rights legislation (A bill in Iceland 2019 originally proposed adding a ban on cosmetic surgery on intersex infants, along with making "nonbinary" legally recognized. The intersex part was dropped because "they thought it wouldn't have passed if they kept it in." Now you can declare yourself an "x" if you want to feel special in Iceland but it's still legal to perform SRS on babies.)

Not to mention the amount of trans I've talked to who had the audacity to ask whether they could "identify as intersex" because they had (artificially induced) mixed sex characteristics or wanted to "transition to intersex." Even "transmedicalists" claim that being trans is an "intersex condition of the brain." Even though even with my abnormal hormones and lack of masculine features I still don't believe I have a goddamn "female brain."

Worst part is knowing I'm preaching to the choir here, and that because intersex people are too small of a minority, especially compared to trans, I don't think it'll ever be enough no matter what I do. TRAs have power. We don't. I don't know if anything can be done.
