And as far as I know transes are taking different hormones than women, in different quantities and without changes in hormonal levels, just holding them on one level all the time.

I know that majority of transwomen are not taking progesterones, for example. Only some are taking, mostly as experimental treatment. Many of transwomen are taking only estrogen and some testosterone blockers. Transsexuals (decades as post-op, hsts) I know are prescribed periodically to take progesterone or testosterone to raise their sexual drive.

In details I don't know, as I never was interested, and still not interested. However, it looks logical that they are not taking progesterones at all - they don't have anything in their body which will be affected with them.
