The fuck are "LGBT rights" though? I hate it when people say this and aren't specific. I can't think of a single human right that "LGBT people" lack in Western society. At all. It's even more dubious that it supposedly affects all of the letters - sometimes people use "WE'RE LOSING LGBT RIGHTS" to mean "You can't change your legal sex easily anymore." As if that somehow affects me as a homosexual...?

One thing that comes to my mind is that most developed countries haven't banned conversion therapy.

Also LGB people in USA got the right just this year to not be fired for their sexuality (though I'd say this one is more of an issue with USA employment laws overall, not just with LGB people).

According to the article, the commission argues against same-sex marriage.

Don't consider that a right, really, especially if the conversion therapy is NOT forced or barbaric. Some of us would kill to have a legal, CONSENSUAL option like that. I know I would.

I also don't consider marriage a human right, by very definition. It's pretty trivial.

Marriage is woman slavery, not a right. People don’t read.

Exactly, and it's not progressive or inspiring when the woman is swapped out for a "man in a woman's role" who is designated to be the one who is "owned." There is an unwritten rule in homosexual relationships that states one must be the "woman", aka, the subordinate. It's horrible and I can't see how "progressive" people see it as a win.
