Pelvis structure and differently positioned muscles have big role in this too. Female pelvis is much wider, and bones are positioned on an angle, so pelvis is moving circles during walking, while male bones are going straight and pelvis is not as wide and is not moving at all during walking.

From UK statistics year ago, when I was checking. There were around half a million of people who were considering themselves transgenders or non-binary transgenders, but only around five thousand transsexuals who applied to change their legal sex to female after genital cosmetic surgeries. I am not saying about other cosmetic surgeries - like face surgeries or breast surgeries.

This ludicrous notion that “you’d never guess they were trans” when in 99% of all cases anyone with a functioning set of eyes can tell at first glance that there’s a certain biological incongruity, is the first issue. The second issue is the attempt to strip personal agency from one’s decision to have sex. "ActuallyNotLesbians" was such a good sub. I mostly lurked, but it gave people a much needed outlet to complain
