A box of 36 tampons, which could easily be used within one menstruation period, could cost as much as $12 — that’s significantly more than the federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour. Additionally, menstrual hygiene products sold in the U.S. are still subject to sales tax in 32 states.

Miraculously, no one gave a shit about this when it applied to normal WOMEN. Now that mentally ill woMEN are crying, suddenly it's an issue. Meanwhile, are WOMEN in American prisons getting access to free pads and tampons now, or are they still having to stuff their underpants with toilet paper and cloth and bleed through their uniforms? The media does not care about WOMEN.

And by the way, I just did the math and the pack of 36 Kotex brand maxi pads I bought today cost me $2.50 USD. These products DO NOT have to be so expensive for Americans, these companies sell the exact same shit in countries like mine for waaaay cheaper. The same goes for clothing, shoes, furniture, cell phone service, internet, EVERYTHING. Americans/Westerners are paying SO FUCKING MUCH for basic items, and most you guys don't even know you're doing it.
