Sis, gay men are not the problem. I can’t even imagine saying this. My whole childhood and teens were haunted by the spectre of AIDS and how it ravaged the community. It changed the way a whole generation of young people thought about homosexuality, if it hadn’t killed someone they knew, and definitely killed so many sons and partners, etc. It’s only recently that people see it as less than a death sentence. I don’t think anyone in the community was thinking “here’s our chance at the crown” in fact, that’s basically how TRAs do business when they takeover every community.
