Poor lad. I had no idea it was possible to be both gay and an autogynephiliac. I'm glad he stopped HRT and is now talking about this phenomenon.

Yeah, same. I was a bit shocked when he said it. There definitely is lacking quite a bit of real research about GD and trans(gender/sexual)ism.

You are not wrong there. Gay AGP here, it is not something that seems to be covered in many places at all. I am older so it is much less of a thing for me these days. But man watching that video was quite hard for me. I remember being that young and lost and scared and fragile.

Ain't life wonderful! All the fun of the fair.

I hope you know that at least I don't hate people. In fact, I think admitting to AGP is strong, insightful and worthy of notice. If people look like they are hateful it's most likely because they are frustrated with the TRA narrative and not actual Gender Dysphoric or AGP people themselves. Just the... leadership and the vocal people and their rich backers.

I did not get hate from your post at all. Worry not. The TRA narrative is a huge problem. And it speaks for me not one bit. It is problematic to the core. The 'GLB' space has its fair share of issues as well.

But worry not I got no bad vibes at all.

Be well, Satan.

Thank you. Be well too. I have a thing for underdogs for some reason, so I root for you lol

Homosexual AGP here. It is very possible. Sadly. Not something really I would recommend! Took me a long time to come to terms with and rationalize what/who/why/when/where.

No, I wouldn't wish something like AGP on anyone. It's brave of you to admit to it; I think it's something that needs to be discussed in public life, not hidden under the carpet. If you ever feel you're up for it, I'd love to read your story on a gender critical sub or someplace else that welcomes such a topic. Us here mostly see the kind that try to infiltrate lesbians lives and bedrooms, so an account from someone who has the condition would be an interesting change.

This is the only sub I am atm. Not sure what I can offer but if you can point me a direction, I will gladly take a gander.

I am very on the outside of the modern worlds take on trans issues. I am in my 50's. I often take a look at all the current TRA thinking and find myself simply not agreeing with nearly all of it. It is a sad state of affairs. The invasion of private women's spaces and the erasure of lesbians along with all the rest of the TRA cluster of fuckery is a deep well of despair frankly.

I often wonder if my age is a massive factor in my world view as it pertains to 'trans'.

Mods, would a post like this be okay on this sub? (I hope they see this!) In case the answer is no, I think s/GenderCriticalGuys would probably welcome it. :)

I'm 100% with you on the TRAs. I've tried very, very hard to understand where they're coming from, but almost none of what they say is convincing to me. I can sympathise with individuals who are clearly distressed by something, but I can't at all accept that the world should change to accommodate the lot of them -- and I especially can't approve of their attempt at erasing LGBs & women's rights.
