Yeah... Virtually everyone killing black transwomen has been a black guy.

There's been like one hate crime ish death in America, all the rest died from normal murders (sex workers/drugs/partners). They die at a lower rate than other men too.

It's all bollocks.

This is an important point that doesn't get emphasized enough, and isn't obvious/intuitive even to most trans-skeptical people. Although I don't have current stats on it, I'd speculate that in the United States, trans women are also higher SES than most other populations, which is another indicia of "privilege."
