Welcome to Saidit. I hope others here can offer support. I admit I know only one person who might admit to having dysphoria, and this person is - after years of difficulty - managing very well in recent years. From what little I know about the circumstances, one of the primary difficulties is that dysphoria, sex and gender are very different for everyone, and that it's thus unlikely that anyone on Reddit or Saidit will have the ability to offer substantial support, given the general lack of knowledge about the medical profession and their inability to understand the variety of potential cases. We are however large audiences who may know people with similar concerns, and might be able to offer stories about them. There are however many who will pass a quick judgement without the appropriate understanding and will not provide links to their resources. I hope you will be able to avoid those people. As for my friend who may have dysphoria, this person is doing very well, though it was very difficult to arrive at a solution.
