Words or actions meant to incite violence or that influence others to commit acts of violence (including “fighting words”) (Schenck v. United States, 249 U.S. 47 (1919))

There are a lot of exceptions I'm not comfortable with, but this is the worst. A murderer can pick their favorite book and say it incited them to violence. Trans activists are using this logic to say that midgendering them, overtly or by accident, is violence. Way to broad imo.

Add to this the whole "private company" excuse to throw 1A out the window, while simultaneously leaning heavily on it for their platform.
