I'm in Eastern Europe, yet the East-West cultural delay has largely been eliminated thanks to the role of social media and internet. The thing is women here are beautiful on average, so it's even more painful witnessing stuff like that on a daily basis.

Please tell me it's not the Baltics or I'm gonna cry.

Not the Baltics but I expect the situation to be the roughly same across the whole Eastern Europe with some minor differences. Even the specific areas with stronger religious background and traditions that are being kept alive by locals don't seem to be immune agaist the globalization and legitimization of poor morals. If you don't share the same values as the majority do, you'll suffer regardless of the environment. People outside of the Eastern Europe tend to idealize the situation in here but it's not any better than the situation in the Western countries. You better be an immoral scum (doesn't matter whether you've been born that way or you've induced it in yourself by drugs or other means) if you want to fit in wherever you plan to move.
