Yes, there's undoubtedly a women's sociopathization happening as a result of promiscuous lifestyle. But promiscuity is so widespread and rampant it's virtually impossible to identify a non-slut unless one resorts to some orthodox religious communities. Being forced to interact with people like that is a hell for me. I avoid interacting with any people unless necessary but one cannot eliminate the human presence completely. I'm in Eastern Europe, yet the East-West cultural delay has largely been eliminated thanks to the role of social media and internet. The thing is women here are beautiful on average, so it's even more painful witnessing stuff like that on a daily basis. Tattooed bad boys, gymcels, sparsely-dressed (yoga pants, shorts) hot girls/sluts promenading around on the streets, any modern-day oddities -> everything bad that's happening in the US or Britain or Australia is happening here as well.

Not the Baltics but I expect the situation to be the roughly same across the whole Eastern Europe with some minor differences. Even the specific areas with stronger religious background and traditions that are being kept alive by locals don't seem to be immune agaist the globalization and legitimization of poor morals. If you don't share the same values as the majority do, you'll suffer regardless of the environment. People outside of the Eastern Europe tend to idealize the situation in here but it's not any better than the situation in the Western countries. You better be an immoral scum (doesn't matter whether you've been born that way or you've induced it in yourself by drugs or other means) if you want to fit in wherever you plan to move.
