Yeah, this guy doesn't really know that his product sucks, i.e., Host Defense. It isn't even the real fruiting body of Lion's Mane. He tells you all the good stuff about it but then offers a shitty product. realmushrooms.com is the only place I'd ever get Lions mane, that or any other place that uses organic fruiting bodies with or without ethanol extract. As the properties of neurogenesis are really only found in the dual extract form.
