If you don't trust CBD, use Olive oil for inflammation. Cold pressed, grassy, peppery flavors feature the most Anti-Inflammatory antioxidants.

I gave CBD a rather enthusiastic try a few years back. I didn't notice any benefit. The health issues the article mentions I don't put much stock in.
I'll pick up some olive oil. I usually use butter or avocado oil.

Skip the avocado oil. eat avocados but avoid avocado oil, which is inferior to Olive Oil or butter.
