I actively avoid aluminium in my food and cooking utensils. Having said that, however, to my knowledge there has yet to be a single good study that links aluminium with dementia.

Animal studies are not human studies. They have some value, obviously, but they are not conclusive in terms of human effects by any stretch. And besides that study is from 1992. Is it really the 'best' study you can find?

Do what you want -- as mentioned I decided years ago to avoid Al in my food -- but making unsubstantiated claims is pointless and wrong.

In my opinion someday they will figure out that Al plays a role in dementia, and possibly other conditions, but that there are many other factors that also contribute. This is why doing the research has been so difficult. There are virtually whole cultures that use Al cookware their whole lives yet so far no correlation has been shown across the population. What conclusions can you draw here? Unless of course Big Aluminium has been paying off public health officials and hiding the truth about large scale and orchestrated aluminium poisoning of the populace. In the absence of the truth any thing is literally possible.

Fortunately you only absorb around 0.02% of aluminium that you eat. The real danger is the aluminum in your vaccines. You absorb 100% of that, and it's in almost all of them, in large quantities.

Unfortunately, when Fluoride is also consumed, the Aluminum combines with it and crosses the blood-brain barrier.
