The news media might want to tell us next that whole bugs are healthy because they are not processed. But the problem I saw in the chip diagram was the addition of "monosodium glutamate" and "artificial colors". And what the diagram did not show is that most of the corn is now genetically modified and sprayed with pesticides and herbicides. That's what should be avoided for good health.
Bugs, whether smashed, extruded, or not.... I'll pass on that.
