Basically, don’t drink or drink once a month.

I haven't had any alcohol poison since I worked Hard Cider Production / Orchard in 2015
I saw what alcohol was doing to people and I had to quit that job, and drinking altogether.
Life is good now, I'm healthier and happier than I was back then, no going back to being a miserable POS lol
