30 mins m-f. Pecs, legs, back, shoulder, arms. One day each. 6 workouts each. And you’ll get big, no matter who you are.

No, thoes are heavy lifting techniques.

When you get older, and you are trying to start out, or you are trying to maintain, it’s easier to do les weights. After like 30, your wearing down like your back, and shoulders, and knees. You might find by 33, if you are doing the heavy workouts, that you hurt your back, or you whatever.

Some times its better to switch to low impact before you get hurt. Like body weight, or machines.
