Why is a constructed penis from tissues or stem cells that looks and feels like a real penis and is as functional as a real penis still not a real penis? What makes the constructed/artificial different from the actual thing when both look and feel the same?

They keep talking about the taste, the flesh, and the consistency of the penis so I think they’re trying to create a penis from stem cells to eat.

    I still don't understand why you are asking the question. What is the end game of such wankery? I don't want to answer the question because it sounds like its leading up to some completely disengenuous gotcha argument.

      Because DUH its not the same as a penis someone was born with. Even if the penis is identical in many ways it was still created in a lab and surgically attached. I'm not sure why anyone would want the answer to this question from someone else. I mean you can call it a penis if you want but its still a transplanted organ. People that get transplanted organs have lifelong medical problems, it'd be a mistake to assume someone with a transplanted liver was exactly the same as a person with their own liver.

      There would be no issues common to current transplant technology from a stem cell grown organ. The organ would be the same organ that it replaced. My stem cells used to grow a liver would make it my liver (or penis).

      Other than this technology doesnt yet exist, yes. It would be a "real" penis in the same way any stem cell grown organ would be "real".
