maybe, although its only a year in for california, I was in jail once for being drunk and disorderly in illnois, and they have tim integration in even the jail. but unlike california which is looney in practice, they treat the tims differently then natal women inmates. basically for the whole week I was stuck there the tim was locked almost all hours of the day, only let out at different times for meals and rec, while the tim was let out we were locked in out cells, anf for those that have been sitting in jail for over a month, took every oppurtunity to make the tims life, as upleasant as it can be, if they saw the tim even look at them funny, they would snitch. and this was because of GeNdEr AfFirMiNg practice took 2 hours of free time from their cells a day. give it time I am sure eventually they'll be sick off it enough to be shank happy after another year.
