I don't like that he has to frame this as "violates his Christian beliefs." I don't want to see religion be the sole exemption from Wokeness.

Anyone who acknowledges reality should not be compelled to lie to keep their job.

Wins ONE fight, so far.

The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Nicholas Meriwether can try to prove Shawnee State University violated his First Amendment free speech and religious rights by mandating pronouns that he said did not reflect "biological reality" and contradicted his devout Christian beliefs.

The appeals court returned the lawsuit to a Cincinnati judge who dismissed it in February 2020.

So the professor's lawsuit against the University may proceed. It is not yet decided.

Good news! I would imagine that all these sorts of cases in the USA will be found for our side.
