The reinstatement is not surprising given the clear free speech violation involved, but the interesting thing is that the student is still contemplating suing the school. If he does so successfully, he could establish a precedent that affirms that GC views are protected speech.

Stevens was initially suspended after posting Instagram videos expressing conservative ideologies.

Conservative ideology: smaller government, lower taxes, let a free market decide

"A man is a man. A woman is a woman." is not ideology at all. Unless you consider "the earth goes around the sun" as "ideology."

The even scarier thing here is that nobody is going to want to be a teacher, a doctor, a nurse, a social worker, anything along those lines, if they must recite the Woke dogma or else. So we're going to end up with solely Woke care providers.

TRAs have gotten so good at censoring that liberals and conservatives alike think only conservatives are GC. They know if it become apparent that people on the left are also critical, the ideology will fall like a house of cards.
