It's disturbing how normalized this is getting. The mainstream seems to have decided that harming another person for your own erotic pleasure is acceptable so long as it's "consentual", but what drives someone to enjoy harming someone who they claim to love? Liberals seem to have no issue acknowledging that professions that allow someone to kill and have it be justifiable, such as police work, attract people with undesirable motives, but seem reticent to acknowledge that a similar thing happens with kink and the BDSM community where men who want to beat and strangle women find a way to do that without consequences. Why? Oh, right, cause when it's men who are harmed by something they'll call it out but when it's women who are harmed they put their blinders on.

There are also plenty of guys who are into getting beat up during this type of sex as well. I've known a few who loved being dominated by their "mistress" and it included some painful stuff.

Not that many because women who want to beat up men are pretty rare.

Usually men still try to play power games even when they are supposed to be subs. I remember I read one dominatrix's blog and she just constantly had problems about how demanding her clients were and how they couldn't do basic things she asked because they didn't take her seriously.

I'm not all that familiar with this area, but from what I've read about male paraphilias, guys who are into BDSM usually show traits of both sadism and masochism.
